Beautiful property with an amazing staff! My sister and I stayed here to attend the Chris Brown and Usher concert (which was tremendous btw), and it was very convenient that the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the venue. We also ate at the restaurant on property - Ayla. The food, ambiance and staff were INCREDIBLE! You won't be disappointed by staying here!

The reason I give this a 3-star is because upon arrival the sheets were stained and there was a pillow that was disgustingly dirty. There was no way housekeeping didn’t see it yet they just put a pillow case on and moved on. The stained sheets were only noticeable because I pulled the duvet off the bed. Had I not inspected the bedding I would have never noticed. They did come in and replace everything. The other issue was they came in and serviced my room even though I had the Privacy tag on the door. They apologized and stated someone called to service the room and evidently they had the wrong room. So while the hotel is nice, the staff were nice, bar and restaurant were good, I will not return.
