We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.  
  
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.  
  
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.  
  
Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.

#### Not too far from anywhere

Everything was in order, bathrooms and kitchen were clean but not common areas, seems like cleaning staff skip sweeping the floors and cleaning the table this time, other than that everything was perfect. If you are allergic to pets come prepare. The pool is awesome, myself and my family have enjoyed it a lot. I’m so thankful with the person who was calling me, I tend not to read long emails so I missed some important information but she was so patient with me and explained it all.

#### Some positive - many more negatives

Positives: Spacious home. Easy check-in and very quick communication from the property management. Quiet neighborhood/neighbors. Areas of Growth: We ended up leaving a day early - the main reason for checking out was the lack of cleanliness in the home. The pool water remained cloudy even though the pool maintenance person showed up during our stay. The sheets were soiled (blood stains were found on the sheets in the primary bedroom). The second bathroom (the one joining the two other bedrooms) smelled terrible - we were unable to identify the smell, even after cleaning it ourselves. It smelled like an outhouse. We found used contact lenses from previous guests all over the bathroom floor in both upstairs bathrooms. There were plastered boogers throughout the staircase walls and other markings we couldn’t identify. WIFI: It was easy to connect, but the Wi-Fi didn't reach the bedrooms in the front of the house. If we needed it, we had to stay in the living room or primary bedroom. Not ideal. Other small adjustments: Lack of amenities, such as cooking utensils, cleaning products, and pool towels. The jets in the pool and hot tub didn't work. Despite the property management's attempt to help identify the problem (e.g., by instructing me on how to check the pool's breakers and switches), we could not get them started. The water in the hot tub was extremely cloudy(we didn't use it because of that. Too many issues to recommend staying at this property.

This property was nice and cozy. My kids had their own space to relax and the kitchen area made for a nice gathering spot for all. Even though it was a little cool outside having a morning coffee by the pool was nice as well.
