I was glad to see gated parking for our vehicles. Several homes in the area seemed to party loudly at night, but once we were inside, it wasn't much of a bother. I will say that the home is described as near downtown and medical center. After we checked out, the description showed 3rd ward. This would have given me some pause for safety reasons if that had been in earlier descriptions, but all worked out!!
