6\. \*\*No Smoking Indoors:\*\* Smoking is only allowed outside. We charge a cleaning fee of $200 for indoor smoking and $100 for littering outdoors.

Very family-friendly, clean home!! It had everything the listing stated and was great for my family (7 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child, 1 infant, 1 mini goldendoodle) it was spacious and offered alot to do inside and in the backyard. It was gated in the front and high- fenced all around the backyard. The owners was very responsive with any concerns I had, handled our problems quickly and their maintenance guy was amazing. He was so nice, came when he said he would. Christmas in Houston was amazing together due to this home!

#### Excellent Stay

When we arrived everything was clean and in perfect shape to settle in immediately. We were even given the opportunity to check in early with no additional cost. Things were labeled throughout the house and were easy to find what we needed. Plenty of space for a large group of people with many fun activities such as the pool, karaoke, and basketball court. I would love to come again in the future!
