As you enter through the front door, you will be greeted by a door to the first level. The backyard is also accessible through a gated entrance, offering added privacy and security.

With crystal clear water and comfortable lounge chairs, you can soak up the sun while sipping on a refreshing cocktail from our shared poolside area. And for those looking for the perfect shot, our stunning indoor decor will provide the perfect backdrop for your photos.

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.
