Garvin worked with the power company multiple times trying to get power back on, but when we left late in the evening there still was no power and we ended up staying in a local hotel. Of course power did come on after we left, but due to other things that happened while in the house (found a roach) we never actually stayed in the house. We contacted VRBO before leaving house and requested a full/partial refund, which was declined. ##### Jeff E. The place was very spacious and clean, and the host was very nice, responsive, and helpful.
