Very clean. It has the best view of sunset on the island. That’s not hyperbole. It literally has an unobstructed view of the sun setting over St. John. The 360 degree views are unreal. The view from the master closet is better than most views we have ever encountered. The back side of the villa faces East and is surrounded by enormous boulders. The villa incorporates the boulders throughout the property. There is a resident iguana that comes out around 12 pm to sun. He’s pictured as well. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for more in a place to stay. Make sure you hit Coco Maya for dinner. Tapas style and everything is really good. If you are in town for a full moon, go to Little Dix for the beach party. It is open to visitors from outside the resort (fire dancer pictured). I suggest having dinner or going to the Full Moon Party to see this resort. It is the nicest resort in the Virgin Islands. We were married there 20 years ago, so we are biased, but it has won best resort 35 years running. Best views of Moskito, Necker, Saba Rock, and North Sound Harbour can be had at Hog Heaven restaurant. We went for lunch and dinner and did not regret it. We used Speedy’s for our Jeep rental and they were great. Beautiful beach short walk away with very few people. The restaurant and club facilities are also a short walk away and a real added convenience. The stay and amenities were everything we could hope for. There is a property manager that was very helpful and cleaning were regular. I will just note for other guests that the bedrooms are split between two floors. Master 1 upstairs and another two with shared bathroom downstairs. You need to go outside to get between the two floors. If you are visiting with young children make note of this, as you’ll probably need an adult to sleep downstairs with them. We had the grandparents down there. It would be perfect for two families with older children, as adults could stay upstairs and kids will get a separate floor for themselves with a TV. The communication was amazing and we were even able to quickly make an adjustment to our booking. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house, can’t way to visit again!"
