"Logement tout à fait à la hauteur de mes attentes . L'emplacement est très bien à mi chemin entre la ville et l'aéroport. Appartement propre et nettoyé du lundi au samedi. Un petit commerce à proximité permet de faire des achats de dernière minute. La cerise sur le gâteau est clairement le wifi haut débit très pratique dans la mesure où j'étais en déplacement professionnel. Merci à Monsieur Ulrich et Mme Christie pour l'accueil et la disponibilité. Je reviendrai à n'en pas douter."

"Over-all GHS was pleasant. Breakfast was 7/10. Beds are SUPER comfortable, bathrooms are great, spacious, always hot water. Wifi was solid for the most part. A few shaky periods during zoom calls but overall much better than I usually get in Central Africa. Elevators were 5/10 and often only 1 would be functioning. Front desk was very nice and helpful. "When a typical Brazzaville rainstorm occurred, my room flooded and had to be mopped out. The breakfast buffet was absolutely awful. The chafing dishes containing 'hot' items had no warming and the food was ice cold - eggs, everything. Dinners were good on quantity, average to poor on quality. Closets had only 4-5 old bent wire hangers - no pants or suit hangers. On checkout the network wasn't working to process credit cards!"

"Listing stated room with 2 beds, but upon arrival they only had rooms with 1 bed. We had to pay extra for another room since the listing wasn’t even close to being accurate. Water and electricity didn’t always work, they ran the generator to compensate but it was quite loud. Wasn’t marked right on google maps, we had to call to find out the actual location. "
