We booked the “fabulous” rooms. They have a queen bed upstairs and two twins downstairs. We also had a delayed check in. Several hours, because of some electrical issue? And I’m pretty sure I heard a rodent of some kind moving around in the rooms ceiling right over the bed. My wife laughed at me because she’s a tough cookie. I think you need to be patient and let it warm up. There was almost no water pressure — just a trickle — and there was only one towel, but again, keeping in mind we’re in a different country. There were plenty of staff on hand, and when I needed a shuttle to the airport, the front desk was very helpful and arranged it for me. They were professional and made the process easy."
