Situated overlooking a spring fed pond with rolling mountains and professionally maintained landscape, this peaceful retreat is just a stone's throw from the action - a 1/2 mile walk to The Omni Homestead Resort, with easy access to the resort's new wedding venue (currently under construction) and 3/4 a mile from downtown Hot Springs. The first floor of the house has a cozy living room with a double sided natural gas burning fireplace that is operable from inside + outside on screened porch, a dining room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with a full bath. The living room looks out over the pond + covered porch. The house has Wi-Fi so it's easy to stay connected with all your electronics. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the culinary tools you need to create fabulous home cooked meals. The bottom floor has two bedrooms, a full bath and a central family room. The back facing bedroom has a queen bed and the corner bedroom has two twin beds. (perfect for kids) The queen bedroom features windows on the front side of the room for taking in the views of the pond and mountain breezes. The home features three smart tv located in both the main + bottom floor living rooms + one on the screened porch. Enjoy all the activities that Bath County has to offer with a large assortment of hiking/biking trails, golf, guided / self guided fly-fishing, bird watching, and fine dining; or just enjoy chilling out at the house. In addition, guests of Bellview Cottage have access to Homestead Preserve amenities at The Old Dairy Community Center in Warm Springs, including outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, game room, spa & sauna located nearby the historic Warm Springs Pools. The house is GORGEOUS inside and out! The views are breathtaking and you are so close to the Homestead. Think it took us 3 minutes to get there as the neighborhood takes you right down. The home is well stocked and beautifully decorated. Loved the 2 sided gas fireplace and also the putting green outside was so much fun. Check in was a breeze and the realty company is super responsive and wonderful. We will be back next year for sure. The house is close to the best restaurants in the area and of course the Homestead. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space for our girls trip. All around fantastic stay in a gorgous home that was clean, stocked and well cared for. The views were beautiful Everything seemed brand new. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fun to use. The gas grill was clean. It was too windy to build a fire. It would have been fun to use the putting green, however there were not any putters. The upper deck, side porch, and lower deck give you ample areas to visit and relax. We tried to use the Old Dairy hot tub, however the code given did not work. Beautifully appointed and immaculate our " cottage " was deceptively grand in scale. The kitchen was spectacular and the adequate space gave our family just the roght portion of privacy and intimacy. We can go on raving and just might do that with the rest of our famiky and friends. Thank you Beth for all of your many attentions and courtesies! ##### Chris M. Very comfortable house with great views. There is a road that takes you directly to the Homestead through the neighborhood which was convenient.
