Room was satisfactory though a little cramped. but service was awful with reception unmanned most of the time. Restaurant was poor both in terms of service, ambience and food variety. Staff was ill trained and not befitting a respectable hotel.

The property is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and supportive, which made the stay pleasant. The breakfast and food options are good overall; however, the service time in the restaurant could be improved. The washrooms require better upkeep, and improved pest control inside the rooms would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Title: Worst Resort Experience in Hampi – Avoid This Place Absolutely horrible stay. The resort looks nothing like the photos online — it’s run-down, dirty, and badly managed. The room was full of mosquitoes and even had ants crawling on the bed. The bathroom was filthy, with leaking taps and no hot water most of the time. Bedsheets were clearly reused and smelled bad. The food was a disaster — cold, oily, and far from “organic.” Breakfast was served late and had flies all over. The staff were rude and indifferent, behaving as if they were doing us a favor by responding. The approach road is rough, dark, and unsafe at night. No proper signboards or lighting. Even the Wi-Fi and power supply kept cutting off repeatedly. We checked out early just to get away. This place is a total scam — overpriced, unhygienic, and mismanaged. Avoid this resort completely if you value cleanliness, comfort, or basic service.
