Located right on the beach, the boardwalk is right down the steps. AC works well for the bed area but bathroom gets warm as it’s the furthest from the AC unit. Great location and I walked everywhere! Sliding door to lanai is hard to open and “sticks.” Good security and must have key FOB to access elevators and the higher floors. Shower is very small with a low height shower head..not convenient if you’re tall. Parking is expensive at $42/day. Maintenance crew starts work EARLY at 5-ish AM below the lanai and boardwalk area gets noisy at night. Perfect lanai location for watching the island sunset and fireworks on Friday night. It is located in a very crowded area so it is noisy. The parking situation is bad unless there is room at the building and those are very limited.
