This studio was very clean, in close proximity to the beach, first come first serve parking and easy access to the University. The other residents in the building were friendly and helpful. Alexander the local manager was very communicative and helpful. We would have to say that having to go to 2 locations (1 to pickup key and fob) is not convenient perhaps having the lock box on site rather than at CB office would be more customer friendly especially if you arrive on a late flight. The room itself was excellent, exactly as advertised and equipped with all the amenities I needed. However, during my 6-night stay, there was no hot water, which meant freezing cold showers every day. Not exactly the vacation I had hoped for.Additionally, one evening the elevator was out of service, and all stairwells were locked. Myself and six other families repeatedly tried to reach a manager with no success.
