The condo also features a private balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The BEST things about this unit: CLEAN and modern with a FULL kitchen, FREE parking on property within steps to the lobby (no stairs required), newly remodeled, beautiful city view from the 6th floor, and LOCATION! Our newly remodeled 675 sq. ft. condo will be your home away from home. Perfect location within walking distance to the Honolulu Convention Center and the shops and beaches on the Waikiki strip. Recommended for families traveling with children or couples traveling together. The kitchen comes fully equipped. This unit includes 1 Queen bed in the front room, 2 Full beds in the back room and a full size couch sleeper bed in the living room. Located inside the Royal Aloha, guests have access to the swimming pool, outside BBQ area, and use of the laundry facilities located on each floor. Other things to note: Access to the building is acquired with a FOB. Access to the parking space is with a remote. You will be given an access code to a lockbox which has everything you need to enter the building. The unit is accessed with an electronic combination lock. Our condo is located in a prime location, just a short walk away from the beach and all the best restaurants and shops in Waikiki. The condo is perfect for a family or couple traveling together. It slept four of us very comfortably. There were some games on the shelf which was fun for the first night we got there. It was a central location, near many of the places we wanted to go to. We cooked in the condo and had everything we needed. There is one washer/dryer on every floor and a laundry mat right next door. Gina sent me great instructions for check in with pictures before we arrived. My only stress was trying to fit the minivan in the parking spot against the wall with another minivan parked next to us. Our family of five stayed here comfortably for a graduation weekend. It is very clean and well appointed. While we only stayed for the weekend, it would have worked just as well for a longer stay. The building is secure, includes easy to use parking, and is in a great location. Gina, was wonderful and provided all the info we needed for a smooth visit. For Waikiki, it was pretty quiet-much quieter than our former stays mid-beach. Outside appears dated (likely from 1960’s) but interior nicely renovated. Very nice bathroom. Bedrooms tight, but we weren’t there for the inside space! Kitchen well supplied, plenty of towels. Instructions clear for check in and out. Food truck court right around the corner. ##### Kim H. The area it is located in can get a bit noisy at times but I suspect this is the same through much of Waikiki at peak times.
