The enclosed lanai enhances the living space, boasting a high-top table for two, a dedicated workstation, and an arcade machine for some fun downtime. The fully updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare full meals, including bespoke Samsung appliances, a dual coffee maker/Keurig, a toaster oven, and a Ninja blender. Cooking your favorite dishes has never been easier! The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV, leading to an adjoining bathroom outfitted with a bidet, a handheld showerhead, and an LED mirror for excellent lighting. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer in the unit and a dedicated parking stall. This thoughtfully designed space is ready to be your perfect retreat! AMENITIES Your stay includes cable TV, and high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee. BUILDING AMENITIES The property consists of two 40-story towers, connected by an 11th-floor recreation deck. The deck features an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and sunbathing area. A BBQ area is available on the 5th floor. The building offers secured entry and 24/7 security for added safety and convenience. Marina Hawaii Vacations has been providing fully furnished condo rentals to travelers since 1965\.
