Unit is a few blocks from beach, a block from shopping, etc. and an easy commute to airport. Recommend adding a ceiling fan for the bedroom. Jane always responded to my questions and worked with me to check in early. You may need to rent a smaller car since the space is between 2 poles. Everything was set up beautifully for us as guests: super clean apartment, a full size washer and dryer, complete kitchen, air conditioning (although there were many days we didn't need it with the trade winds), and many extras if we were beach people. Cons: cockroaches were present especially at night despite keeping all of our food in the fridge and making sure the dishes were washed and counters were cleaned. We understand that the building has a pest control issue based on the signs posted and the host has informed us that they spray the unit and leave baits out, however not having to stress about cockroaches on our vacation would have been a better situation. ##### Theresa K.
