The apartment has a king bed and one pull out full size sofa bed. There is a small kitchen with all things you need to cook small meals. It was easy to find, surrounded by the least amount of cars. Parking on any other level requires Hawaiian skills, because everything is tight there. Once you have the key fob you can use the elevator to reach the appropriate floor to your apartment. There are two elevators and it was never busy. The kitchen provided everything I needed and more. There's a vacuum which is nice to clean up all the sand that was dragged in from the beach. There are plenty of bath towels, plenty of beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, some beach toys and a cooler which was a great touch. There's cable TV, which was hardly used because we're exploring most of the time. The location is superb. Any kind of nightlife, food, beach, shopping etc is right outside. This is probably the only place that provides parking, which is a must. I will definitely stay here again. It provided everything I needed for a vacation on a budget. It was perfect for our family of four. \*\*The pool was under construction so it was not open, but we wouldn't have used it anyways. They were painting the entire building and we had to move our car during business hours, which didn't really affect our trip. ##### Josephine O. My daughter and I spent a week in Oahu and Gerri's condo was home base. Its location is excellent. If you're staying in Waikiki, you are perfectly located to all the major attractions. If you walk directly east, the public beach in front of the Sheraton and Royal Hawaiin is about 5 minutes away (maybe 4 city blocks). If you walk three blocks north or 1 block northeast, you will have great restaurants and shopping. For day-to-day supplies, the Target is 2 blocks north right within the International Marketplace mall (bring your own bags so they don't charge you for theirs). The condo is very comfortable. Because it's on the 9th floor it is relatively quiet. The lanai has enough room for two people to relax, and the unit even has "real" cable television so you can catch up on local news or your favorite shows. There is a small kitchenette with oven, range, microwave, and reasonable sized fridge. Sofa can fold out to a bed for 1-2\. Bathroom is sufficient for one person at a time. Beach supplies available as well (chairs, toys, towels, etc.)One extra perk is if you have a rental car, parking is free at the Marine Surf. The trick though is that it's a very tight parking garage and a smaller car will be much easier to navigate. Also have to be careful with two-way traffic and the inclines as they are steep and visibility is limited. You might be a great driver, but the others in the garage sometimes may not be.Highly recommend and will return! ##### Vishwa R.
