Just as all other reviews stated. Spacious, clean, views out the balcony and the front door were amazing. 2 A/C units and 2 Fans great for those of us not used to humidity! Decorated nicely, offered a rollaway so our teens didn't have to share a sofabed! There were beach chairs and coolers and a few boogie boards for use too. So close to everything...trolley stop across the street, plenty of food options within steps, beach literally steps away.
