Downstairs: family room with large screen TV, internet, along with Smart TV’s. (Please note that due to location, internet may not be available), Washer and dryer downstairs. “Peak a boo” view of the bay. Lots of parking space, backyard deck with BBQ grill and raspberries around the property. Everything you need to relax at the end of the day located in the middle of Homer! Walking distance to Main Street and riding distance to the Spit. This is a split level entry home! Three queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin XL bunk beds (4 twin beds). Easily sleep 8-10! If you have children, check out the Hornaday Park, just a couple of minutes from the house! Beautiful playground! Perfect for a family reunion! No smoking, no pets. Guests will be charged for missing or damaged items.
