While it is small, the space is used well and it was perfect for a couple with two young children. The walk to the beach is about a tenth of a mile with no road crossings so it was very doable. They pay attention to small details, providing dishwasher soap and laundry soap. When I realized there was no washer/dryer they sent quarters, when the sheet size was wrong they sent over correct size, with extra towels. Unit is adorable and comfortable. It was within walking distance to the pool and beach. We rode our bikes to some shops and to get snow cones at Pelicans. Everything else was within a short driving distance away. The only thing I suggest is updating the bed in the bedroom. It was really small (full I believe?) where as the description says queen. Not that big of a deal but it would of been a lot more comfortable since our son tried to sleep with us one night and that couldn't happen in there. The couch bed is ridiculously uncomfortable but thankfully we didn't have to use it except the one night to sleep with our son close by.
