I’ve been in North Topsail, and Sneads Ferry for holiday in the past. My son Jace loves to surf so I decided to stay in surf city. The location was perfect we were able to walk around for food and the beach was very close walk from the condo. I sat on the porch every morning for coffee to clear my mind and think about how much we were blessed to have this beautiful space. The location had a great view of the ocean.. It was extremely clean and inviting. The check-in process after hours was extremely easy. The only minor (and it was really minor) issue we had was the second bedroom was lacking sheets on the bed, but it took a whole five minutes to find them and put them on. The property is quiet and convenient, with ample parking available. The elevator also made our arrival and departure easy. We loved how close this was to the beach access and other family go-to’s like shopping and ice cream were just a short walk from the door. ##### David C. Even across bridge Very short walk to beautiful white sand beach and fishing pier. Can see water from tall chairs on front porch Lovely sunrises. Great view from the balcony. Close enough to all the local restaurants and the beach that we walked everywhere. Only downside was parking under the condo was pretty tight for my husbands full size truck. Anyone in a bigger vehicle may want to look into parking elsewhere.
