It took over an hour of sitting in our car trying to get someone to call us back to get the correct code. The stay and the condo overall were fine but after our stay we received an email that we were being charged an additional 250 dollars because we had an “unauthorized pet” in the condo. We ABSOLUTELY DID NOT have a pet on the property at any time. We attempted to contact the management company for an explanation through both phone and email and didn’t receive a response!
