The indoor/ outdoor large hot tub/ spa area was lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed that very much. Our room was fine but had a broken handle on one of the drawers. The shower was well-equipped with different options, but a very complicated control, it would be nice to have directions posted near the control mechanism. The continental breakfast was not to the level of a nice hotel- seemed more like the breakfast at a 2 or 3 star hotel. Coffee was not made to order- it was in a large dispenser and had very poor flavor, and there were only cheap plastic glasses for the juices. Cereals were not healthy choices. Packaged yogurt. Not to the level of continental breakfasts I've had at other hotels of this star rating. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

The young lady that checked us in was condescending, rude and dismissive. She told us to wait and helped three other people with smiles yet for us after travelling and not sleeping for days while frustrated that she couldn’t find our booking, and trying to hold my patience - I was told “not to speak to her that way or she would cancel the booking” meanwhile I was not yelling being rude or anything- I was just exhausted and she spoke to me like I was stupid- she asked for the booking/reservation number- I gave it to her 3 times and she’s says they should all be different numbers- well I said that’s the only thing I have. I showed her the phone and she didn’t apologize- just said if that’s weird. Then after 20 min was finally able to find it. I will never go back there and I have called the manager about her poor customer service. That’s what happens when you put a 20+ year old in a professional position.

Everything was unique about it. The stuff from the restaurant and bar lounge were amazing. The food was just perfect. Breakfast was fantastic. I just wish that the hotel would have at least a mini fridge in the room. Otherwise, a real pleasant and amazing property. Can’t wait to go back again with my family.
