We booked two rooms at Nicecy Saigon Hotel and were genuinely impressed. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean—something I always prioritize when choosing a hotel. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. A big plus: they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out so we could enjoy the rest of our day before our evening flight. The room was very small but neat, modern and extremely clean. It feels very safe, with access cards provided. There is no reception on site, but staff are easy to contact via WhatsApp. They send a link to check in online, and you will receive a code for the lockbox where you can pick up your access card. The process is very smooth and convenient. Communal restrooms are located on the first and fifth floors, with communal restrooms on each floor. However, the water pressure in the bathroom on the fifth floor could be improved.
