Absolutely awful service.
Had inquired about the hours of the Saigon Saigon Rooftop bar (one of the only reasons for booking this hotel) earlier that day and to see if I needed a reservation. After being told a reservation was not necessary and the hours of 4pm - 1am, We showed up after dinner to enjoy a drink before heading to bed for an early flight, and the bar was closed for a private event and would not let anyone up before 930pm.
The "Signature Lounge" only offers tea, coffee, and water outside of select hours so could not get a drink there, even though they have a bar there and it is a paid service area.
At check out, on our bill, we were charged for 2 nights of a room upgrade (We could have also recieved it for free since our Traveler "Gold Status" is supposed to come with them when able). That included the signature lounge and breakfast for 2 at about $55 USD per day. We only were at the hotel for 1 day worth of Breakfast and lounge use, but we were charged for 2 days of it. (Breakfast started at 6am, we checked out by 5:45am for a flight) I asked for the 1,450,000 Dong charge to come off of our bill for the 2nd charge and was told it wasn't possible, and even after explaining why that makes no sense I got nowhere.
Room Service was slow and brought the wrong items, and took 30+ minutes to bring up the correct item.
Room was decent though, decent size with comfortable bedding. TV a little outdated but otherwise room was good.
