Studio Cabin-Open floor plan with full Kitchen

Enjoy a small new cabin at the lake for a couple with all resort amenities free.

1 full bed in open floor plan. Has full kitchen with all necessary utensils and kitchen ware. This cabin does have a full bathroom along with a full living room and kitchen table.
This cabin is on the second floor above a storage garage and is new in 2014. In the winter i do get my tractor out of the garage twice a day.

Located on Blackduck Lake at White Birch Resort. This is 5 minutes form the town of Blackduck and 25 minutes form the town of Bemidji.

Rates are based on 1-2 people then it is $50 per person per night above the 2. All children are from 0 months to 17 years.

We do not allow visitors who are not a paying guest.
All guests must be registered on the guests' registry before any keys will be given to property. The quote given and paid
was for only the # of guest reserved for the duration of the reservation by ("Guest"). All guest have to
be counted(Adults, Children, Toddlers and Infants/Babies). In the case a guests is not in the count when the
reservation is made and paid ("Guest") agrees to pay for the extra person double the going
rate for the duration of the reservation stay with the credit card left on file.

SURVEILLANCE SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed and are in use on resort grounds. This is for security purposes and does not record conversations.

You get all the free resort amenities in the rate for you to enjoy, They are kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, paddle boats,water trampolines, swimming float, volleyball , campfire wood gas grill, beach and more.

It does have heat and A/C in the unit. There is a park style grill, picnic table and fire pit just for your unit.
Located on the 2nd row of a White Birch Resort on Blackduck Lake but does have lake view.
