The living area features comfortably furnishings, including a sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. Guests can easily access to the private deck, complete with a propane grill, through sliding glass doors in the living area. The dining area seats 4 comfortably, and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. The spacious and well-appointed kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, and tons of cabinet space. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 2nd level with a powder room on the 1st level for added convenience. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV and has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max. Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.
