With outstanding features and amenities, the multi-level floor plan provides wonderful bedroom separation and beautifully remodeled common areas, a desirable 3rd row walkway location, 6 bedrooms, screened porch, and private pool with spa. Every detail, from the thoughtfully arranged decor to the plush furnishings, invites you to slow down, breathe deep and feel right at home. The main level of this home was fully remodeled in 2025 and features a Primary Suite, dining room, powder room, living room and kitchen with breakfast table, custom cabinetry, large center island and top-of-the-line appliances, including double Thermador ovens. The Primary Suite features a King bed, TV and gorgeous bathroom with double vanity, separate tub and walk-in shower. The laundry room is located in the master closet and features a sink and full size washer and dryer. Step outside from the living room to the screened porch where you can unwind and relax or move down to the pool deck with lounge chairs, patio furniture and gas grill. Venture up the stairs to the mid-level of this home featuring a fully renovated (2025) bedroom suite with a King bed, set of built-in Twin/Twin Bunk Beds, sofa and newly renovated bathroom. When it is time to explore your surroundings, this Sea Pines vacation home is a short, safe walk on a paved beach path to the famed Atlantic Ocean beaches of Hilton Head Island. Paved bike paths run throughout Sea Pines and can be accessed directly across the street from this home. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment.
