We are premier host for many other listings but due to the fact that this listing was idle it is not showing for this unit. But you can trust that you will have a wonderful hosts and a beautiful condo to use during your vacation! Freshly updated ocean view Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with new queen size mattress. Two bunk beds built into the hallway (can close door to separate the living room). Living room with 49" Flat screen HDTV, Wi-Fi, and smart TV for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Four. This is a 3rd floor unit only steps away from parking. You are only 100 yards to the beach or pool. The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. It was small but perfect for us. 6 people could have stayed comfortably. It’s the perfect location; right on the beach. The pool is so nice and there’s a bar & grill right next to it. I can’t say enough great things about this property. There was no dish soap to wash dishes in the sink, but they did leave you with pods to use the dishwasher. I couldn’t write a more positive review for this property! It was the perfect size for my family of 3\. The bed was super comfy and had all the extra touches. I was especially thankful for the hairdryer that I forgot to bring! Check-in and checkout was easy and stress free. The property offered many amenities and kid programs, which we enjoyed. We struggled with the sliding glass door just a little, but that is the only thing I could be nitpicky about! I can’t believe this property is not rated higher. We were staying at Hilton Head Island for a friend's wedding and this was the perfect place to call home. Easy access from the main road. Building had water main break upon arrival so we had no water at check-in. Host got right back with us and updated that plumber was onsite working. Issues were resolved in 3 hours. Great condo for the price. The kitchen had minimal Cook where it was fine. The bed was uncomfortable and squishy. That definitely needs an upgrade. The stay was clean and nice but I could not imagine more than 2 adults sharing this space. It’s pretty small. There’s no coffee although a coffee maker. There’s no soap or anything in the bathroom or shower. There’s also no dish soap so if you are staying longer than a few days and using the kitchen you will have to bring those things.
