The top floor (3rd) is a large primary suite. Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center and 1.5 blocks from the beach (5 to 7 minute walk). Guests at Courtside have access to Tennis Court time at Van Der Meer Tennis Center located adjacent to the property. The court time is free and based on availability and may be limited to 1 hour per day. This community has 2 on site pools and unit #62 overlooks one of them plus a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in South Forest Beach, just 1/2 mile from Coligny Plaza which includes numerous shops, restaurants and a grocery store. This is a great location for all island activities including the new Low Country Celebration Park located just off of Pope Avenue. There is a King in the primary plus 2 fold out twin beds in front of the bay window. Bedroom 2 also has a King bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed plus a trundle nook as shown in the photos. All of the mattresses in the unit have recently been replaced. Living area has smart TV. The courtyard deck has a spiral staircase providing direct access to the pool and lagoon in the courtyard. This unit is totally renovated with LVP flooring and fully updated kitchen with lots of storage and plenty of space. The neighbors were very friendly. The floor plan was perfect for our two families, with the children sharing the uppermost primary bedroom level. The only downside was that the pool wasn't open quite yet (it opened the day after we left), which was one of the main reasons we booked. It was okay though since the beach was a 5 minute walk away.Check-in and check-out was easy and the property management was very responsive.
