41 Bradley Beach is a great option for a beach vacation on Hilton Head Island. This 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is ideal for larger groups or families and has been recently renovated with new paint, living furniture, flooring and a new front porch. The home is just a short walk from the beach and includes a private backyard pool and offers plenty of space for family reunions or group getaways. We also manage properties at 40 and 44 Bradley Beach Road, providing options for large groups who want to stay close to each other. 41 Bradley Beach is a perfect choice for a beach vacation that includes up to $1000 in FREE activities with every reservation.  
  
FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.

We enjoyed our stay at 41 Bradley Beach. We had 12 of us ages infant -age 59\. We had plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the kids enjoyed their pool time! We liked that we could walk to the playground and beach. Thanks for letting us enjoy our vacation in your beautiful home!

This house was perfect, both location wise with a short walk to the beach, and set up-wise for multiple families. The pool was the perfect size for the younger kids who aren't ready for the ocean yet. The house was spotless, and we encountered no issues with any electronics. Well'stocked kitchen.

We had 14 people with ages from 18 months to 81 years old. Property was perfect for multi generation vacation. Clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. Located on a great street just steps to beach access park and close to many Hilton Head attractions. Great time in a great house.

#### A rough week

We expected for the $ a clean home in good repair. We found a broken deck stair marked by a pool noodle but no sign saying "broken". The pool has brown stains and did not look inviting so we never used it. The showers had mildewy curtains, fixtures and caulking. If they were properly cleaned then perhaps they would have noticed the crack in the bottom of the tub. We lost the use of that for the week. The property location to the beach was perfect and the kitchen was fully equipped.

#### Great vacation!

Perfect house for our vacation. The app made everything so easy. We rented a wagon, chairs and an umbrella, which were delivered to and picked up from the house. 2 houses in from the beach parking lot.

#### Everything was very clean, easy to find and access the house.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. You may want to bring extra dish towels if you plan to cook very much. The pool is small but nice and refreshing.

#### Life is a beach

The house is beautiful and well maintained. Beds and baths were bright and welcoming. The kitchen has many amenities but the design of the floorplan caused a chokepoint in the kitchen if more than 3 were working in it. We were disappointed by the pool. A little on the small side which was OK but it closely borders the swampy area clearly visible through the chain link fence. Small wildlife (mouse) wandered into the pool which called for a complete disinfecting (which was done quickly). Mosquitoes were a problem in the evening and so we could not use the pool during that time frame. The bottom of the pool needs painting since it does not look bright and inviting. The pest control is pretty efficient. I saw only one "Palmetto Bug" while we were there. Unfortunately, it was in the master bedroom. We loved the garage - large and much cooler to load beach paraphernalia than a driveway. Thanks for a great place to stay.
