Welcome to our beautiful first-floor, corner-unit villa in Springwood Villas, just a short walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza, and Celebration Park! This spacious, one-level retreat is perfect for families and groups, offering comfort, convenience, and a prime location.  
  
The open floor plan features a large living area, a dining space with a large table, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen—perfect for home-cooked meals. The villa boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed and en suite bath, a second bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath, and a third bedroom with two twin beds.  
  
Enjoy the private patio with peaceful lagoon views, or take advantage of the community pool with a kid-friendly pool and a spacious sun deck by the lagoon. For added convenience, we provide 4 FREE adult bikes to explore the island and 4 backpack beach chairs for your days by the shore. As an added bonus, guests receive a FREE 2-hour court reservation at Van Der Meer Tennis Club, perfect for tennis enthusiasts. A full-size washer and dryer make longer stays even easier.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in this condo. We loved it! We loved having a designated parking spot so close to the front door. Perfect for unloading. What a spacious condo & super clean. Bedding & linens were so nice & soft. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of pots & pans. The Complex is quaint & quiet. This rental comes with 4 very nice beach chairs, 2 umbrellas & 4 bikes.The pool is super conven. We would definitely stay in the condo again.❤️

#### A magical place for a perfect vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This charming and spacious three bedroom / three bath vacation paradise was absolutely perfect for our family. The furnishings and decor are beautiful. The location is convenient to everything on the island. The home is abundantly stocked with anything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Our grandchildren loved swimming at the pool and we enjoyed board games provided by the owners as well as wonderful children’s books. Our week at this property was nourishing, relaxing, and simply marvelous! We cooked most of our meals in the gorgeous fully stocked kitchen. My only hope is that we have the opportunity to go back many more times! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and THANK YOU!
