Welcome to your dream coastal getaway — a stunning three-story new build for 2025, just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This spacious 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom home blends luxury, comfort, and functionality, making it perfect for large families or groups seeking a high-end beach retreat.  
  
Step inside to beautiful sand-colored flooring that flows throughout the home, setting the tone for relaxed, beach-inspired living. The main floor features an open-concept living area with a plush sofa, four armchairs, and an 85" smart TV, ideal for gathering and unwinding. Just behind is a farmhouse-style dining table with seating for ten, seamlessly connected to a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a large island, white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and three bar stools for casual dining.  
  
Off the main living space, enjoy a serene screened porch with four rocking chairs overlooking the pool and back patio. Two guest bedrooms are also located on this level: one with a king bed, 50" Roku TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower; the other with a queen bed and two sets of built-in twin bunks, plus a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  
  
Head upstairs to the top floor, where three additional guest rooms await. The luxurious primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony with pool views, and a spa-like bathroom featuring dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Another guest room includes two sets of built-in full bunk beds, a 50" Roku TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The third room offers a king bed, 50" Roku TV, and its own walk-in shower. A laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this level.  
  
Downstairs, the ground floor doubles as a second living and game room, complete with a cozy couch, two bean bag chairs, a 50" Roku TV, and an arcade game — all with direct access to the pool patio. This level also includes a guest room with king bed, 50" Roku TV, and bathroom with shower/tub combo.
