You will appreciate our vinyl plank and porcelain tile floors, white wainscoting and the amenities awaiting you when you check in.. Our living area boasts a comfortable queen-sized memory-foam sleeper sofa, large smart TV, DVD player, and other furnishings provided with your comfort in mind. The well-stocked kitchen features granite counters, Shaker-style cabinets, stainless sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, subway tile back splash, smooth-top self-cleaning range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. Also provided are serve/cookware, Keurig Duo coffee maker (pot and k-cup), toaster, and plenty of storage for your groceries. The hallway has two bunks with extra safety rails for the children. The bath features ceramic fixtures and tile; the master bedroom has tv, a queen bed with premium Posturepedic foundation for your comfort, a closet with ample hangers, luggage rack, and shelves to store your things. We have tried to anticipate your every need -- a hairdryer in the bath, an iron and board for touch ups before a night on the town, blankets for that occasional chilly night, and a deck box on the balcony filled with beach chairs, an umbrella, and children's toys. We want you to feel AT HOME here! We know you'll want to return for another relaxing stay! We look forward to welcoming you again and again!

Love this Condo !

Condo is clean , convenient and close to everything . This was our second stay at this unit and will definitely return . Nicely decorated and comfy . This is also a very safe gated community.

Perfect place for a couple.

Our stay was perfect! The place was super clean and well supplied. We were supplied with Dove products in the bathroom and there were more than enough towels. Dell was very conscientious and great to deal with. Thanks for a terrific time.

Great Location

Loved this cozy condo ! Perfect for a couple or small family . Very Very clean and comfy with thoughtful touches throughout. Close to the beach and restaurants and shopping . We have stayed several times at this complex. Very safe and easy to get around . We liked this unit so much we have already rebooked for Spring Break !!

Perfect getaway location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very clean, very comfortable and has everything you need. Just a short walk to the beach and a great location for riding bicycles. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach. We will definitely book again!

The best place to stay!

We were so delighted to find Dell and Andrea’s place. It was perfect for our family. The beach was so close and we went everyday. The resort was nice and easy to navigate. We enjoyed all the personal touches that were at in the rental. I loved the railing on the top bunk. It was one of the reasons we chose this unit. The perfect place to rest from our busy days on the island. I would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

Piece of paradise!

This was a lovely property with everything we needed! Great proximity to the pool and beach. On site food was a short walk and sooo tasty!! The property owner was very easy to work with and prompt when answering questions and requests!! Have put this property into my favorites and am looking forward to many return trips to my "happy place!"

Perfect place for a week at the beach

The condo is clean, conveniently close to the beach and is stocked with all you need to make yourself at home for the week. We loved the ice maker and the KEURIG. The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked in!

Great Family Condo

Our family really enjoyed our week stay. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 children. They enjoyed having their own special space with the bunk beds. We loved using the pull out sofa for watching movies together! The resort pool is always a favorite. Thanks for a great week!

Everything about this villa was so fresh, updated, spotless. Loved that there were so many thoughtful touches, and all was very well organized. No accumulation of kitchen items from renters before. Would definitely rent this villa when staying on Hilton Head again.

Perfect getaway

The villa was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. It was nice to be steps from the ocean where we enjoyed a long walk on the beach, plus spent two afternoons enjoying being at the waters edge and played pickleball without leaving the complex. The host provided a wealth of helpful information which was helpful.

Quiet but fun!

Me and my son visited as our final summer trip this year. We were very pleased with the condo. We didn’t need anything based on its furnishings. It was very clean and the property was gated with security and so many things to do for adults and children. We will be back!!

Clean, updated, convenient

We have been coming to this resort for a few years and have stayed all over the villa buildings. This unit was, by FAR the cleanest, most updated and equipped unit that we have ever stayed in. The location made it easy and go back and forth to the beach and pool. The bathroom was updated with a great quality, deep tub that my daughter loved taking baths in. I enjoyed the incredible water pressure in the shower!

Extremely Responsive Host, and Beautiful Place.

We had a wonderful stay, and loved this Villa. As others have said, it is extremely well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The water pressure is awesome as well, which leads to nice showers, and easy dish clean up. All the beds are very comfortable, including the pull out couch (which I feel like is a rarity for those.) The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need for your stay. The Host is extremely responsive and happy to help answer or help in any way he can. This place is definitely an A++, with an equally rated host.
