1510 Villamare is 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located on the 5th floor with great ocean views. This villa has off-white tiled floors, eggshell walls, and is tastefully decorated. Villamare villas are set up so that you enter the open living area, and the bedrooms are on either side, so everyone can enjoy their privacy.  
  
To the right of the foyer is the guest bedroom that has half tiled floors and half wood planks, two queen beds, a café style table for two, and a 32” TV. The sliding door opens to a private, covered balcony with two chairs. A great place to have your morning coffee and relax with a book! This bedroom has a private bathroom with a single tiled vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The large soaking tub and vanity are open to the bedroom. The shower and toilet can be closed off for privacy.  
  
Guests will enjoy the open concept for the main living area that offers great ocean views. The kitchen has tiled countertop and floors with white appliances. The stackable washer and dryer are in a closet in the kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped for preparing meals. The dining room is located near the kitchen, with a mirrored accent wall, and a round glass top table with seating for five. The living room has a tan microsuede dual reclining sofa with a matching love seat that also reclines and a 48” TV. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony where there is a table for three. Enjoy the ocean breeze and views while sipping on a cocktail or having a meal.  
  
Through the living room French style doors is the master bedroom featuring wood plank floors, a king bed, bench seat, accent chair, and a 32” TV. Guests have access to the balcony shared with the living room. The soaking tub and vanity are open to the bedroom. The walk-in shower and toilet can be closed off for privacy.   
This decorator furnished villa is a great place to relax during your next vacation while enjoying the beautiful ocean views.  
  
Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.  
  
Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}  
  
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
