The living room features a sofa, loveseat, a comfy leather armchair, smart flat-screen TV and two walls of windows with two slider doors opening to a wraparound balcony, overlooking the Calibogue Sound. The dining area has a wooden table with six distressed chairs. There is also additional seating at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and updated cabinetry. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen television, and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony with breathtaking sound views. The attached bathroom has granite counters, double vanity, and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a flat-screen television, and a sliding glass door with access to a private balcony overlooking the pool and Calibogue Sound. This room has access to the hall bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combination. For larger parties, this Beachside Tennis Hilton Head villa rental features another renovated and updated unit next door at #1869 Beachside Tennis, depending on availability.
