  • Enjoy the fantastic view and sunny exposure from the beautifully remodeled sunroom in this spacious Lighthouse Road three bedroom. Spacious open floorplan with new granite countertops, and a lovely, upgraded master bedroom suite and first floor half bath are some great recent updates to this villa. Families truly appreciate the layout with two living areas to relax and connect. The owners of 17 love their outdoor spaces and have created a large patio with furniture and a grill so that you can truly enjoy the privacy and golf view their villa offers. Centrally located, the Lighthouse Road Villas are just a short ten minute walk to the Beach Club, are right on the trolley line, and are just a short jaunt to Sea Pines Center, Harbor Town, and the Golf Clubhouse. This property is very family friendly with both a bassinet and pack N play on site for guests with littles to use.

    As with all of our villas, two free bikes will be waiting when you arrive. Use them to explore the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within SeaPines- You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate. We provide a free family fitness pass, free tennis for an hour during the afternoons at South Beach, beach towels and chairs and WIFI are also included. We also have a great beach cart at this property, making it easier to get everything to the beach.

    Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

    Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival whenever possible, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. July 2023 stay

This property blew us away with all the little extras that were provided that were so helpful - there were beach chairs, beach towels, flash kites and enough paper products that we didn’t have to purchase any the entire time we were there! Close to the beach and other fun things to do. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property!

Great location and price!

Our overall experience with this property is good/excellent. The inclusion of the bikes in the rental is a great perk along with the Sea Pines pass, beach towels, sand toys, bike locks, coolers, etc are items that we haven't found to be included in other rentals. There are a few items in the condo that need a little TLC. The dishwasher doesn't fit very well in its opening and has some rust stains, the washer and dryer are on the smaller side, especially for beach towels and the air vents in the master bedroom are showing signs of rust and age (not a big deal but it is over the master bed), rust stains on mater bathroom sink and master bath toilet is a bit unstable on the floor. With all that being said, we would rent this place again.

😊We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Lots of things to do at Hilton Head. Very fun.

😊 We wish the info about the condo in Sea Pines explained that the pool for us to use was 2.5 miles away & cost $75/wk for a family. The condo info also states that there is access to a hot tub. There was not one at the pool. We did not find one. Everything else was great. Just would suggest that someone update the info about the condo to make it more accurate.
