This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a combined living and dining area with sliding glass doors that open onto a private balcony, offering stunning vistas of the Atlantic. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a twin loft, perfect for extra sleeping space. The living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, accommodating up to six guests comfortably. Located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is just a short walk from the lively Coligny Plaza, with its array of shops and restaurants. This oceanfront property is situated approximately 70 yards from the beach. Enjoy the newly heated Ocean Dunes pool, maintained at a perfect 82 degrees year-round. However, we were dissatisfied with the property itself. The building is very old and dirty and the room was dirty as well. Kitchen cabinets had stains that could have easily been cleaned and the dishwasher had a terrible odor that stunk up the kitchen when running. The wifi is terrible, the master bed is uncomfortable and the air conditioning units are unbelievably loud.
