This is one of the best two bedroom sunrise beach views on the entire island! The private porch looks straight across the marsh to the Folly between Singleton Beach and Chaplin Park to beach sand, ocean waves and incredible sunrises and moonrises. Don't miss this amazing rare view! Open the porch and master bedroom windows for ocean breezes and let the sound of the surf sing you to sleep!

The villa has been decorated in July/2018 and is baby friendly. The resort is on the beach in central location closer to bike paths, top restaurants, the airport and Palmetto Dunes. Resort includes 02 outside and 01 indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, running track, gym, 6 tennis courts, sun deck, pool side bar & grill, beach front bar, and family grilling area.

Would not waste your money
First off it was filthy. The front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and he replaced it with a chain. There is what appears to be a hole in the floor that at anytime will give. We had no power initially then while we were at the beach he had people enter the room without our permission with all of our belonging in it to correct the power issue. Now my son’s apple headphones are missing and the host will not respond back to me. This guy is a real piece of work.

This property was absolutely terrible. This unit was nasty and out dated. When we arrived, there was water stains on the ceiling, dishwasher still had dishes in it. The door knobs for both bathrooms was about to fall off. The bedroom with the bunk beds was unsafe. The beds was broken and when my son in law and daughter laid on it the boards under it fell . The whole bed was broken. The vent in the first bathroom fell out of the ceiling and hit his foot. The toilet paper holder was completely torn off the wall. Who ever the house keeper was, did not to their job. The rugs had not been vacuumed and the bathroom rug was filthy. The cabinet had stains on them from were food had spilled on them. The pictures for this unit were very deceiving. The thermostat was WiFi and every time we would adjust it, it would magically go back up to 73. These owners should be ashamed of themselves to charge what they do for this dump. I contacted them and they said they was unaware and would get someone to look at it. No one ever showed up. If you want to get to the beach, be patient walk a 1/2 mile down the boardwalk. We could have rented a hotel and it would been better that this crap. Be aware of renting anything that goes through VBRO. Very unhappy, what a waste of money.

Nice location but needs work
We loved this location and Thiago was very responsive. He includes a beach wagon, which is helpful. That said, this unit is in desperate need of repairs and this impacted our enjoyment of the property. There is a hole in the floor and water stains on the ceiling. The bunk beds are missing multiple screws, which is unsafe and unprofessional. The fan and light is on the same frequency as another fan near by in another unit. The lights would turn on randomly in the middle of the night when the other people turned on their fan and lights. It was very frustrating. You are provided with the very basics and there is no salt or pepper (bring your own!). The toilet paper holder is broken and the whole unit really needs paint. It just feels like updating and maintaining this rental is not a priority. We did like the resort and would come back and stay in another unit.

Amenities were very good. Everything you need in a kitchen and then some. The bathroom up grades were very nice. There are some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. There has been a water leak at some point and the ceiling has not been repaired. The pantry door tends to come off the track. The sliding glass is very hard to open thus the handle is loose. Putting that all aside the view is great!!! Sunrise view. Ease to the beach. Would I stay there again? Yes

Very impressed with location and access to the beach. Only downfall was the unit was missing very basic needs like dish soap, broom, some other kitchen items, etc. that led to us needing to make extra trips to the store. Other VRBO's I've stayed at had all the essentials.

Relaxing Escape
My boyfriend and I took the kids on a quick getaway for their 4 day weekend from school. This place was PERFECT. The view from the balcony and seclusion that you feel sitting out there is relaxing. The location was incredible, as we were literally within a 2-3 minute drive from pretty much anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and would use them again should we go back to Hilton Head.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway
Definitely a very family friendly location with an indoor pool to use on the inclement, or just too hot, days. The boardwalk can look intimidating in length, but it really is a pretty nice walk from the condos to the beach.

Disgusting.
There was a hole in the ceiling with water dripping all over the table below. Owner said he didn’t know about it but maintenance said it had been like that for weeks. It was never repaired. Mold was growing on the ceiling. Bed sheets were dirty. They were covered in sand. The owner kept remotely turning up the AC on the Nest thermostat. There were exposed electrical wires in utility closet. We demanded partial refund of the cost to stay but no reply. There also appears to be an open permit for work that was posted on the window indicating that the recent work on the unit may not be up to code and dangerous.

The property is exactly like the photos show. Very nice, loved the decor. There was a leak in the ceiling from inclement weather and homeowners were diligent in calling the appropriate company. Would absolutely stay there again!

4th of July Family Vacation
My family of 6 came from Ohio to spend a week, June 29 -July 6. First, the pros. The location is absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony, overlooking the lagoon to the distant beach. If you wake up early enough, you can see the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The owner of the condo just renovated the entire place, and the finishes are very nice. My family and I have been coming to this resort 7+ years now and this is probably the nicest place we’ve stayed at. Clean and tidy, and most amenities you’ll probably need throughout the week are supplied. Communication with the owner was great most week, but one time we didn’t hear back for parking pass until Late that day. However, I do realize it was a holiday week and he may have been busy with family, etc. They have a storage unit below the condo supplied with two chairs, a wagon, and some beach toys to play with for the kids. We were told her was going to be an umbrella, but when we got there, apparently the past renters did not return it, lost it, or stolen. So my wife and I ended up buying two beach umbrellas for the week to take home. Cons: there were a few things out of the owners control that made our trip a bit inconvenient. For starters, HH head received a bunch of rain prior to our arrival and there was a leak in the roof. Dropped all week. Also, there was no hot water in the kitchen and the dishwasher didn’t work. All 1st world problems. Not a big deal. We live through it and the week was fantastic.

Relaxing
Had a great time. The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Was grateful that the condo had everything we needed. It’s not often that a vacuum and mop were available to keep things tidy. Even had a small hand vac. Enjoyed a good nights sleep after much fun in the sun. The own was easily reachable and very friendly and prompt. Would definitely rent from him again.

Great location and view
We only stayed at the condo for one night but communication with the owner was seamless. We went in the off season (November) and were able to check in a little early which we nice. The view was spectacular. The condo could use some fresh paint, and some tlc but this is typical in a beach house at the end of the season. There is a a strange dip in the living room that we all tripped on several times- not sure if there’s anything that can be done about it other than marking it since it blends in well. The new bunk beds are really nice and not showed in the pictures. The boardwalk to the beach is really nice and if you keep your eyes out you may catch a glimpse of a gator or other awesome wildlife. Very scenic.

Not exactly as described
This property looks like it was updated but once you get in you can tell that it hasn't been updated in quite some time. The mattresses were lousy. The pillows were flat like cardboard. The vents were rust and gross. The doors all needed to be cleaned. The view from the bedroom was obscured because the window was so filthy. The internet didn't work. This property is very obviously owned by someone who doesn't live there and never sees it. The view was very beautiful. The amenities need to be updated. I want to say that we only stayed two nights so I didn't contact the owner about the internet issues so I can't attest to how responsive he is.

The online pictures do a good job of highlighting the nice things about the property. The view and the balcony are excellent. The brand new LVP floors are nice. The property owner does not provide a working phone number so when we were having issues getting onto the property (as our name had not been left with security as is required), neither we nor VRBO could reach him. He did eventually respond via the message function but that was really disconcerting. The unit is absolutely gross. The cleaning by the housekeeping was fine in that the counters, sinks, showers and floors were clean. It was every other surface and piece of furniture that had stains, rips, and broken bits. Even the trim where they installed the new flooring was gross and in terrible condition. The closets were stuffed with so much stuff that it was difficult to put our clothes in. The main bedroom only fit a full sized bed. I had to sleep in the bunk room instead of with my spouse. We did not eat in the unit and any drinks were out of the container; no way were we eating from plates or cups there. Honestly, I am not high maintenance but I when the furniture appears to have never been cleaned and has been there a long time, it is skeevy. It wouldn't take a lot of money to update this unit and the owner needs to invest that time. I am doubtful he ever actually sees it as he appears to live out of country.

Don’t let the ‘ocean view’ fool you. 1/2 mile away. For the price of the cleaning fee I expected a lot better. Dirt, paper and trash under the beds. Very small ( camper size) toilet that stopped up with nothing. Microwave handle was broken off. Air conditioner vents were terrible dirty and moldy. Sheets would not stay on the bed. Not very likely to stay here again.
