Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.  
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.  
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.   
  
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.  
  
Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.  
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.

Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.  
  
CANCELLATION POLICY  
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.   
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.  
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. \*

Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.

While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.  
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.

We had 8 kids and 8 adults and we really enjoyed our stay! We really appreciated the space including 4 rooms for all the adults with a space for all the kids on the top floor. It was an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we would need. The furniture was comfortable. The AC had stopped working but we were able to get in contact with the host right away and someone was sent to us very quickly to fix it. The covered, heated pool was the highlight for all as the weather was iffy for much of our stay! We would stay again and again! Thank you!

#### Wedding Weekend

A group of my family was in Hilton Head for another family member’s wedding weekend. This was the perfect house for a big group of all ages! We especially loved the heated pool and the short walk to the beach.

This property is more than we expected. Lots of room for large family, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, shaded pool but also sun lounging. Short walk to the beach. Easy check in and out process. We were very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

Nice and clean property with everything you need for a fun week! Great sheets and very comfortable beds. It was nice to have the shaded pool. Only negative was the seating in the living room is not comfortable. It is time to replace the sofa.

The property was by far the nicest we have ever stayed. Perfect for a large family gathering. Within walking distance to the beach and bike paths. The aesthetics were beautiful. All the furnishings you would ever require. Private pool was wonderful.

#### Great house for large families

The house was great in theory but some minor issues. Management did try to fix items in a timely manner. 1\. Grill very dirty unusable. Fixed the second day 2 master toilet flapper broken. Fixed after 3 days 3\. Pool heater didn’t work. Fixed 5 day 4\. Never let use know closest beach, Foley Beach, was closed. Last day there brought us passes to go to another beach that was close. Had to travel by car all week to get to a beach.

#### Great house and great location for a big family!

A good fit for our large crowd. The communal space was perfect for the entire family to eat and socialize and the large bedroom was great for all the kids to sleep and hang out. The pool was a big plus. We got more swimming in before and after the beach. A beautifully appointed house. Everything is new and clean. I loved my my stay master bedroom and bathroom— it was luxurious. The beds are comfortable. (Suggestion: more silverware would be great! We had a big crowd to feed and often at at the house.)

#### Excellent Vacation Rental

The house was a great choice for our group of eleven. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was an easy walk to Folly Field Beach. We had one minor hiccup with the pool during our stay (cloudy water). We were able to notify the management group of the issue via the kiosk / tablet. They were very responsive and a person came in the morning to take care of the issue.

Great vacation rental. Family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The only issue was the internet was not strrong enough and we experienced too many interruptions (buffering and timeing out) which was very annoying when trying to watch TV.

Our family and friends loved everything about this home! The decor, space and location were great! We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head to celebrate our friends 56th birthday. The house was amazing. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. The mattresses were so comfortable that I’m sending an email requesting the brand and will be replacing mine at home 😄 the location is a private gated road and felt super safe. The beach was a short walk even the little kids could handle. 100% worth it.

#### Great Escape

2020 was one crazy year and we wanted to send it off with our family-friends. This house was perfect for our families to spend quality time together, yet ample space for all to spread out. Bedrooms were nice, kitchen was well equipped, the elevator was super-convenient, nice semi-covered outdoor space/ pool with tv and grill, a ping-pong table and the short walk to the beach PERFECT. Highly recommend.

#### Awesome House

We had an extended family beach trip with ages 1 to 65\. This was a perfect house for families. The beach was a short walk (they had two carts for all the stuff), and the pool under the house was a daily event for us. Nice and shaded! We will definitely consider renting this house again for our next family trip!
