The condo is kept clean and tidy and we try to think of everything your family would need to make beautiful memories. Your day might start off with a cup of coffee from the covered porch that faces the sea. The view (of the Atlantic) is spectacular and you can relax while you spot dolphins frolicking by. On a peaceful summer evening, you can sit and relax on the porch with a glass of wine while you stare at the beautiful sunset sky. There is even a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable on a warm evening. When you are ready to walk the beach, it is just steps away. The boardwalk to the beach is less than a 1 minute walk from this condo. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is quite large at 1,271 square feet. The floor plan is very well thought out as it separates the primary bedroom from the other 2 bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and are all spacious. The master bedroom has a private exit out to the large balcony. The living room is plenty big and comfortably seats everyone in your group. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 3 more at the counter on the stools. Since this condo is an end unit, it has extra windows on the side which makes it very bright and cheerful and the view of the marsh on the side is quite special. You can expect the kitchen to be well stocked with "everything but the kitchen sink" just like at home (even a large stock pot). We keep beach chairs in the condo for your convenience. It was a last minute getaway for us and the property manager was so nice and worked with us on an earlier arrival time. The condo was just as described and the view of the pool area and the ocean was perfect. We usually stay on the south end but this will be where we stay moving forward for the north end. Everything we wanted to see on the island were on the other side so highly recommend a rental car. The place had many nonobvious issues - rusting doors in bathroom, peeling paint in bathroom, crooked shelves, and just generally superficially nice. Most notable though, it was not very well cleaned. Two of my guests had makeup on their pillow cases like they weren’t washed at all. The comforters were also dirty. I would add the usual small niceties were lacking - no coffee or any little touches whatsoever, poor toiletries, and no personalized recommendations. Definitely not a place we’d stay again. There were no grab bars in either shower which made it difficult for our most senior traveler to bathe.
