An elite, non-smoking property consisting of a large, newly-furnished, five-bedroom, five-bath home and an adjoining two-bedroom, two-bath, guest cottage. This beautiful property is located on the 18th fairway of the prestigious Ocean Golf Course in exclusive Sea Pines Plantation. The property is a short walk to the beach, and near the ' NEW Beach Club.' The beach club has a lifeguard on duty, restrooms, and a restaurant.

This luxury home has a gourmet kitchen with Corian counter tops, an over-sized dining room, and large gracious living area. The beautiful master overlooks a private pool and the golf course. The house is newly decorated.

The cottage has a separate living, dining, and kitchen area. A gazebo and furnished patio are ideal for outdoor entertaining.

The property is located near the Marsh Golf Club. Harbor Town is minutes away!!! Property is a few minutes away from the beach club.

The pool was amazing! It was actually warm (sometimes that isn't the case even when paying for heat). The heat was set to 86! The hot tub was also HOT! The backyard got sun which is important to us as a family. You could always find a shade spot though for those who like to stay out of the sun. The house is soooo close to the beach. A few minute bike ride and you are at the Beach Club. The house itself was great as well! Tons of space and plenty of household items supplied. The owner is very repsonsive. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a large house that is close to the beach.

Weather wasn’t so hot but the house was perfect for our family!

A perfert location to everything. Had two cars for 11 people so it was nice we could walk to the Beach Club and Frasier’s Tavern and to golf.

Great space and location

The house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out. The location is great walking distance to the Beach Club. Being right on the golf course is nice. We had some issues with the garbage not being picked up but communication with the owner was great to help get the trash company to come out. Wish there were pool/beach towels. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

We have been taking family vacations in HH since 1987. This was one of our better ones. The house was sufficient in size and we were able to interact but also have private time. Negatives include distance from beach and absence of some beach equipment. The owner,Jay, was very available and very quick to respond to any questions. All in all we have nothing but high praise for the property and experience. As an aside the gutters very full and need cleaning out.

Very nice for our family reunion

Dry convenient location. Wonderful pool and living areas. The dining area was great for everyone sitting together. The walk to the beach was easier when we could use the golf path, but it wasn’t a difficult walk at any time. The bathrooms were fine. One bedroom in the cottage doesn’t have a closet.

Great House

Great house! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which is rare find. Bedrooms very spread out, allowing privacy for all. The cottage was awesome and very updated. The main house for sure has some miles on it, but great. We had some issues with the AC in the main house. The property owner was very accessible and did his best to resolve the issue. Communication was great and all worked out in the end. Can't wait to return next year!

We have traveled to different beaches every year. This house was the best. The layout was Perfect for our family and we enjoyed evenings by the pool and the gazebo. The house and cottage had everything we needed for our stay.

Fun week! Beautiful grounds and lots of space!

We loved our week at Sea Pines. The location was good; not far from the beach access! Maybe a 5-minute bike ride. The house is good for a big family or family groups, but I would warn people with little kids that might be sharing a master; the upstairs bedroom is super-light because of the skylight. Our grandson just could not sleep late or nap in there. There are no games provided (maybe one card game I think I saw) and no pool toys, so bring your own! There are plenty of towels and I loved that. You need to bring some kitchen linens; we only had one provided. The pictures of the back yard does not do it justice. The "guest" house was super-nice and updated. Any glitches we saw were small. If you like to cook, they have an awesome oven! The host was easy to contact also.

Championships

We were an elderly group visiting Hilton Head to participate in the USTA State Championships. The house was the just the right size for our group. The location was perfect as it was in close proximity to all of the tennis courts we were scheduled to play at. We would definitely rent this house again and actually hope to return to Hilton Head for State Championships again next May. House owner was a pleasure to deal with and very accessible. Hilton Head family vacation

Loved the roominess of the home plus the extra 2 bedroom attached space steps from main house. Location was perfect for all areas of Sea Pines Resort. The VRBO advertised online said a hot tub which apparently was not working as it was a hot tub. Other than that the house was nice and what we wanted for our family…lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. Definitely would stay here again.
