The villa features:

Two Spacious Bedrooms: The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed with an additional twin loft, perfect for small children. The living room also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Modern Comforts: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a combined living and dining area, and wireless internet throughout the villa.
Entertainment: Relax with your favorite shows on a 50" flat-screen TV in the living room, and additional 32" TVs in each bedroom.
Outdoor Bliss: Step out onto the private balcony from the living room to take in the stunning oceanfront view and the nearby oceanfront pool.
Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes Villas is just a short distance from Coligny Plaza, offering a variety of shops and dining options. The property is approximately 70 yards from the ocean, providing easy beach access and breathtaking views.

Oceanfront Pool: The Ocean Dunes pool is a heated oasis, open seven days a week year-round, with a comfortable temperature of 82 degrees. Pool hours are from 9 AM to sunset.

I was looking for a relaxing, stress free getaway, and I was not disappointed. Condo was clean and provided a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved the location being just a short distance from Coligny Beach and Sea Pines as it was not as crowded or congested. The gentlemen at the office on check in was very friendly. He answered any question we may have had and made everyone feel welcome. Great for a small family.

May Beach trip- AMAZING View!

We were blown away by the gorgeous direct oceanfront view! We enjoyed beach sunrises and sunsets, lots of time on the balcony, and made so many family memories during our time there! It was a perfect spot for our family of four. Rooms had ample storage space with furniture and roomy closets to allow us to unpack and move in for our stay, along with linens and start up supplies included. We appreciated that! Everything about rental, check-in, check-out process was seamless and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view

Loved the view and the location of the property. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. Outside bathroom just off the beach. The condo was nice. The sliding glass door would not stay latched which was an issue when hurricane Helene moved through. Stayed up to keep the door shut. Guest room comfy mattress. King mattress not so comfy. Bathrooms could use an update.

Loved the condo and the view was amazing!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and was just a short walk to the beach. Loved that we could sit on the balcony and drink coffee while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. The only thing I would suggest is some new cookware. We had to buy a skillet cause the ones in the condo were in rough shape. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely come back to this condo.

Fantastic beachfront property

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and the location was perfect. There was abundant shopping, restaurants and bike trails within a very short distance. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The only negative I would add is that the condo isn’t fancy. The fixtures are old, the floor is squishy, and there wasn’t the typical personal touch of a welcome gift that I’ve experienced with many other vacation rentals. But what you do get is an amazing location, a clean comfortable place to stay and ease of use. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

What a perfect condo for beach/ocean access and sunrise views from the balcony. Clean and pleasantly decorated condo. Balcony needs some love attention, as do the public areas, which smell like pesticides and mildew.

Please was decent. Elevator was broken and we were not told about it before arrival. Condo was on the 4th floor. We had a lot of luggage and presents to carry up and down 4 flights of stairs which I ended up falling down. No accommodations were made for this massive inconvenience. We also didn’t have hot water on the first day.

Amazing Sunrise View

Great location for short bike to many key locations like Sea Pines and Colingy. Beach access is shared with the Hilton next door so is updated and very nice. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning over the ocean. Overall great location and perfect size for our family of 5.
