A quick walk from Forest Beach will bring you to this sleek 2 bedroom, 2-bath, first-floor villa in the Island House Complex. This brightly decorated and the immaculate villa is sure to make your vacation one of a kind.

The entry foyer is on the ground level. Upon entering the villa you will be greeted with the chic dining area that has seating for six and the relaxing family room decorated in blues, greys, and cream colors. The cute and open floor plan is great for enjoying each other's company at the end of a long day on the beach or golf course. The family room is equipped with a sleeper sofa and two armchairs, as well as a 55" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The sliding glass doors lead to a quite back patio.

The galley style spotless kitchen is just around the corner. With all new appliances, the kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of even the most demanding cook. Located in an alcove just off the kitchen is a washer/dryer for your laundry needs.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, a built-in desk, sunny windows, and a private bath with a large tub/shower. Down the hall pass is the guest bathroom featuring a shower tub combination and the second bedroom which features one double- size bed and one twin- size bed, along with a magnitude of closet space.
This Island house allows 2 cars MAX. Per the Island House HOA.
The complex pool is located just across the parking lot before Courtside Villas.

Only 1 small dog allowed at an additional fee. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Cozy condo

This condo was extremely clean and very well appointed. Location is perfect! Condo provides for all your needs and has lots of updated features. Definitely recommend!

Property has the potential to be very nice, and was, but needs maintenance, updates, and a good cleaning. A few necessities were missing, such as, kitchen trash bags, clean dish towels, paper towels, and dish & laundry soap. Also very limited hand soap and shampoo/conditioners provided. There were no trash bags for the bathroom trash cans.

Great location, great stay, bring your stuff

The apartment is exactly as advertised. We asked to check in 2 hours earlier and had no problems. Everything worked well in the apartment and we enjoyed having the backyard to walk the dog. There were no blankets and took them a day or two to deliver. Location is great, close to the beach we could bring the kids and dog back if needed. Enjoyed biking around the area. Cleaning-wise it was ok, you could see the floor was somewhat dirty. There was not a lot of assortments in the kitchen, so we had to buy from oil to butter to sweetener to soap. I know this is not their job, it’s just nice to find some things to avoid having to buy a complete grocery list that you will only use for a couple of days. Overall the place is great, I’d recommend it

Great stay...place was cute, clean and close to restaurants and beach. The pool was awesome! The front door deadbolt lock wasn't working and needs to be fixed but overall I would rent again.

Perfect location to Coligny Plaza

Our first time in Hilton Head and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and it was great to bring our dog. There’s a small patio in the back for easy access to take her out. It’s about 2-3 blocks from the beach. You can actually access the beach closer than going all the way to Coligny beach. Bike paths make life much easier and we hardly used our car. Condo was very comfortable. Had a few small issues but I Informed the rental agency and hopefully repairs will be made before the next guests arrived. All in all a lovely time and we would definitely return to this rental.

Very nice!

Great clean property in nice neighborhood - quick easy walk to the beach. This is a lovely property and most folks will give it 5 stars. The only minor thing is…. It’s a ground floor property and the lock for the sliding patio door out back is not adequate. Crime of any kind on Hilton Head is very low and it’s a minor gripe. But if you are security minded you will notice it.

Great taste in decorating condo

The condo has high end appliances, kitchen ware, linens etc. Condo was very clean. Lock did not work on day 3, called and within minutes we had a new code. Very quiet except for people playing tennis outside the window.

Updated property and fantastic property management company!

We really enjoyed our week in Island House 147. While the complex is older, it is well maintained. The grounds were landscaped well and the pool was clean. There is beach access between Seaside Villas 1 and 2 that isn't nearly as crowded as the public beach access at Coligny. You can walk to the beach or the grocery (Bi Lo) in 5 minutes which was so nice! The rental agency that manages the property, Sunset Rentals, was extremely accommodating and thorough. They also had someone come through and double check the cleaning and that everything was in working order (we arrived prior to check-in so we met Ms. Jolley in person and she was lovely). She found that the cable box was dead and had maintenance over to look at it, then scheduled the cable company to come swap out the box first thing on Monday. We rented bikes and there were bike racks available on-site, as well as a grill and picnic table. We also appreciated that this unit is pet friendly. There was plenty of grassy areas to walk our dog. Our only suggestion is for a kitchen inventory to be completed. We were missing a can opener and mixing bowl and the non-stick pan is warped and appears to be scratching the stove cook top surface. The silverware, cups and dishes were top notch-- coffee pot and toaster, too.
