Upon check-in, without notice, my room had been downgraded from Standard Queen Balcony to Standard King. There are significant differences in the rooms. In addition, I was charged more for the room and taxes. NO EXPLANATION WHY. Accept and pay, or leave, no refund for the initial payment. Experian tried to help, but they were stonewalled. The Standard King faces a busy back street and becomes VERY noisy at around 6:00 AM. The room is too small for a king bed (one way traffic around the room). In the bathroom I found a tiny little commode, perfect for a young child. Inadequate on-site parking may be a security risk, either from thieves or the bears. Yes, very big ones (I must admit that the bear on site was exciting).
