  • Experience comfort in our cozy, newly built 2-story home with central air/heat. Nestled in a gated campground where best mode of transportation is golf cart! Home is short walk to swimming pool, restaurant, kayak launch, boat ramp, playground, basketball court, fishing pier, and crabbing pier. Boats are welcome and can be docked at the Marina.

    Immerse yourself in the beauty of Chincoteague Island, Assateague National Seashore, and the surrounding areas. We provide beach essentials, including chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrellas, and a cooler for your convenience.

    Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi jet tub, oversized sectional sofa, Fubo with MASN and movie channels, High speed satellite Wi-Fi, DVD/VHS movie collection, board games, fully equipped kitchen with basic pantry items, dining area, washer/dryer. Relax on the private back deck/yard featuring a Weber gas grill, fire pit, and hammock.
