Front desk staff that I encountered during my stay were fabulous, but hey went out of their way to accommodate the request. I apologize for not remembering their names individually but I’m sure they remember me and my service dog Kai (GSD)

The entire place needs a major upgrade. There were attempts to make it seem like there were some upgrades. The bed was comfortable, the shower water got hot fast, and the A/C worked fine. We didn't even get any of the breakfast that was included with the stay because there wasn't anything to speak of. Who would want to microwave an unappetizing, room-temperature sausage biscuit before eating it? Just doesn't seem safe.

It's a pretty average hotel, but very good value for the price. Everything was clean, and staff were very helpful. The furniture in the room looked like it was probably new within the last several years, and the sink in the bathroom as well. The tub was starting to wear through the glazing, and the shower curtain bar was starting to rust at the bottom. Also saw significant rust around the toilet water shut off, and water pressure in generalwould drop to almost 0 a few times during the morning. The outdoor pool and chaise deck looked clean. The room was clean except for the top of the headboards on the beds. Probably had not been dusted in months. The breakfast is continental: coffee, juice, waffle station, cereals, breads for toasting, and muffins... can't really complain since it's a very affordable hotel.

Great Stay!

Needed an overnight stay for a work trip, was nice and clean. Loved the jet tub for a very relaxing bath after a day of workshops. My daughter was even able to get some swimming in.
