"Firstly, the room I booked online had a picture of a bath tub but when I was not given a room with one when I checked in. I had to inform the guest services and was told that not all rooms had a bath tub. I felt cheated as your picture of the room had a bath tub. Sound proofing of the rooms were ridiculous. I was constantly awoken by sounds of people talking and doors opening and closing. I did not get a good nights rest. Service from house keeping was great.
