Amazing hotel with beautiful decor that blends Minnan styles. The front desk staff were professional, compassionate, and efficient. There was even a robot that delivered food right to my door. A truly wonderful stay.

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities

The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503\. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see attached pictures.
