Tutto perfetto, camera molto spaziosa, pulita ed i proprietari sono delle persone gentilissime, se dovessi ritornare sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo questo posto.

Essenziale.

Gli appartamenti sono essenziali con arredamenti moderni e all'interno fanno trovare frutta e raki. Il bagno non è il massimo alla doccia manca la tendina. La colazione è ottima. Unica nota negativa è stata richiesta di early check in che non ci é stata concessa e k era stata richiesta con largo anticipo.

Urlaub am Meer in passabler Unterkunft

Unser Zimmer war akzeptabel, kleinere Mängel wie unzureichendes, sauberes Geschirr, Fehlkonstruktionen beim Duschvorhang und falscher Spülstopfengrösse sowie nicht vorhandenes Spülmittel/ Geschirrhandtuch haben den Komfort getrübt, dafür war Roula sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und versorgte uns mit Ausflugstipps! Die Lage am Meer ist gigantisch, das Hotel liegt in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage, mit einem Mietwagen lässt es sich die Gegend super erkundigen!

Hotel in der Stadt

Familiär geführtes Hotel, nahe am Strand, zwar abseits der Hauptstraße, dennoch nachts immer wieder laut. Zimmer großzügig und hell. Nachteil: ziemlich eng mit anderen Hotels zusammengebaut: der Nachbar schaut ins Zimmer herein. Freundliches Personal. Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet (nur zum Frühstücken geeignet).

Ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Άνετο δωμάτιο. Καταπληκτικό στρώμα. Ιδανικό σημείο για να επισκεφτείτε Ηράκλειο και άγιο Νικόλαο καθώς και το οροπέδιο Λασιθίου. Πολύ καλό φαγητό στα πέριξ. Ρωτήστε την Ρουλα για οτιδήποτε... Στα μείον ότι αυτή η περίοδος είναι εκτός σεζόν και οι επιλογές είναι περιορισμένες και το δωμάτιο δεν έχει παντζούρια οπότε αναγκαστικά ξυπνάς νωρίς.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in der Nähe des Strandes. Check In, Check Out, Beratung wird durch die Familie selber in einer sehr professionellen und netten Art durchgeführt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Schade, dass die 2 Wochen schon vorbei sind.

Huge dissapointments

The first shock came by e-mail. Although the check in at 14:00, they told us that the reception open from 8:00 to 12:00 and 19:00 to 21:00. When we arrive at the hotel at 20:15, the manager ask for the payment at first before we check in. He say "pay cash" instead of "welcome". He also disseappeared after the payment. That was the weirdiest behavior i have ever seen. The hotel located at the narrow streets, hence if you want to open the windows, you have listen the neighbours. The hotel do not have a restaurants, so they served the breakfast to the rooms. That is why, you don't need any alarm. You will be awake by the voice of knocking doors of your neighboors. Although it is prohibited by law the owners are smoking all around the hotel. When we ask the solutions for the drying our towels, the reception reply us your room is "economy", so you don't have the balcony! So what? Definitely over rated. Not recommended!!!

We stayed one night. We had booked two rooms as we were four adults and a baby. Very kind and nice staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Everything was super! Price worth!

Decent 3-star appartment, with great staff (actually family) running the property. Liked: the bed comfort, the cleanness, the staff. Small dislikes: shower - not strong, water running week makes it difficult to wash hair.

Perfektes Hotel in ruhiger, zentraler Gegend

Mein Freund und ich waren für eine Woche im Hotel. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und das Personal toll! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Chersonissos dank Roula, dir Rezeptonistin. Sie hat uns einige Tipps gegeben und kam uns sehr entgegen. Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum, trotzdem aber an einer ruhigen Gegend. In 1 Minute ist man bei der Hauptstrasse un in 5 Minuten am Meer.

Bellissima accoglienza

La camera è grande e sembra recentemente ristrutturata. La zona è ricca di divertimenti e locali. La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è molto gentile e disponibile. Non ha un parcheggio vero e proprio, ma si può lasciare l'auto lungo la strada.

Séjour à Diamond apartments du 13 au 17 juin.

Très propre , les chambres grandes , rénovées, salle de bain bien ; aucun problème d'eau chaude , Wi Fi et télévision fonctionnant impeccablement, ainsi que la climatisation; grand balcon. Super gentillesse de Roula qui donne d'excellente adresses. Son père aussi gentil ,parle quelques mots de français. Endroit très calme situé tout près de l'arrêt 21 du bus qui va à Héraklion (3 euros). Ne pas s'en faire avec le problème financier de la Grèce, car vous pourrez toujours les payer en euros et cela fonctionnera toujours . Allez-y et vous ne serez pas déçu du tout de cet établissement ; de sa situation impeccable et de sa propreté vérifiable par n'importe quel organisme. Accueil vraiment bien , avec une assiette de fruits et une petite bouteille de Raka dans le frigidaire . Revenir , c'est sûr. A fortement conseiller.

Preiswerte saubere Unterkunft mitten im Leben.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und nette Begrüßung des familiengeführten Apartment Hotels. Das 2 Zimmer Apartment war sehr sauber und die Kochgelegenheit für ein Frühstück oder Snack ausreichend. Die Lage in der Nebenstraße ist ruhig so das man sich in dem guten Bett schön erholen kann. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, da hier der Mix mit den vielen Geschäften und Restaurants und dem nahen aber ruhigen Apartment angenehm ist. Die immer freundlichen und herzlichen Gastgeber sind immer für einen Restaurant oder Ausflugs Tipp gut.

bon sejour

Nous avons passé un bon sejour dans cet hotel neanmoins il nous a manqué quelques ustensiles pour effectuer la cuisine. Bon accueil de la patronne. L hotel est pres de la plage et des tavernes par contre le stationnement dans la rue pret etre assez problematique.

1 semaine de vacances en Crète super agréable. L’accueil à l’hôtel s’est fait tard mais avec le sourire de Roula et des fruits frais. Hôtel très bien entretenu et surtout il convient de souligner la gentillesse et les très bon conseils de Roula qui a su nous indiquer les lieux incontournables et plus confidentiels de l’île. L’hôtel est situé dans une petite rue calme, non loin du bord de mer et de la rue principale de Hersonissos (bus, commerces, restaurants). 1 conseil : pas besoin d’acheter un guide, Roula est de très bon conseils pour des excursions. La chambre (avec balcon) était grande et régulièrement nettoyée, le personnel est accueillant et gentil. C’est vraiment agréable de séjourner dans un hôtel de cette qualité. 1 seule envie : y retourner. Merci

Все превосходно!!!

Отношение к гостям как родственникам или добрым друзьям,замечательная девушка Рула, дочь хозяина, всегда с улыбкой, все расскажет, посоветует куда сходить, что посмотреть. Когда приезжаешь, ощущение, что именно тебя здесь долго ждали. Отельчик маленький, чистенький, номера простые, но со вкусом, бело-синие. Без ковров, шикарных люстр, но все функцианально и удобно, метраж немаленький, есть кухня со всем необходимым. Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера. У отеля есто своя изюминка. От автобусной остановки 3 мин пешком, легко найти удобно добираться из аэропорта.

Great stay would go back

Diamond suites was very welcoming and felt like home from home. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We were left in peace but know staff were available when needed. If returning to Crete we would go back here to stay.
